Since 2008, Zoom Group of Companies has grown from its founding in Manama into a group of licensed companies serving organisations through Real Estate, Professional Services, Business Consultancy, Logistics and Warehouse.

Development
How Zoom took shape
Zoom did not begin as the organisation it is today. It was founded in Bahrain in 2008 and developed as its areas of activity broadened. Early work centred on property and advisory. Later, the Group took on a wider range of commercial requirements and established further operating companies.
Throughout that development, Bahrain has remained the Group’s base. Work connected to neighbouring GCC markets is delivered from here. It is not a claim of offices in those markets.

2008
Foundation of Zoom Group of Companies
Zoom Group of Companies was founded in Manama by Kamal Mohiyuddin, establishing the organisation that would develop in the years that followed. The founding purpose was to provide dependable, relationship-driven commercial support in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
2009
Establishing Real Estate and Consultancy
ZOOM REAL ESTATE & ADVERTISING CO. WLL (C.R. 68542-01) and ZOOM CONSULTANCY W.L.L. (C.R. 68542-02) were established. Property and advisory became early parts of the Group’s work and remain so. Professional services later sit with the consultancy company.
2012
Technology and marketing development
ZOOM TECHNOLOGY W.L.L. (C.R. 68542-03) was established. Structured marketing capability was developed within the Group during this period. Those developments are recorded here as company history.
2015
Events and education development
Events and education activity was developed as the organisation broadened. Those activities are part of the Group’s history. They are not published as current service lines on this site.
2018
Logistics, warehouse and operational work
ZOOM SOLUTIONS W.L.L. (C.R. 68542-05) was established. Logistics and Sitra warehousing became part of the Group’s commercial work, adding freight, storage and operational delivery to the earlier property and advisory activity.
2020
Digital expansion
Digital work across the Group expanded during this period, including cloud and governance practices that support the licensed companies.
2022
Wider GCC engagement
From the Bahrain headquarters, Zoom’s work more often involved organisations whose requirements also sat in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Oman or Qatar. That work is delivered from Bahrain. It is not a claim of offices in those markets.
2023
Martial arts development
ZOOM MARSHAL ARTS W.L.L (C.R. 68542-04) was established, including youth-related activity. It is a licensed Zoom company. It is not published as a service page on this site.
2024
Direction and management
The Group’s leadership structure was formalised around Kamal Mohiyuddin, Founder and Chairman, and Neaz Ahmed, General Manager. Direction sits with the Chairman. Day-to-day management sits with the General Manager.
