ZOOM SOLUTIONS W.L.L.
Zoom Logistics coordinates freight for organisations importing, exporting or moving cargo through Bahrain. The appropriate route depends on origin, destination, cargo, timing and the practical requirements of the shipment.
The work can involve air, sea or GCC road freight, together with shipment documentation and customs clearance coordination within the agreed instruction. Tell us origin, destination and cargo. Transit times, duty rates and carriers are confirmed against the shipment.

Air
Air freight is used where cargo is moving by air into or out of Bahrain and hours matter more than cube. Zoom coordinates priority, express and time-sensitive shipments. Zoom does not operate aircraft.
Sea
Sea freight supports cargo moving into or out of Bahrain by sea when volume and cost matter more than hours. Zoom arranges FCL, LCL and bulk. Zoom does not operate vessels or ports. Khalifa Port is about 18 minutes from the Sitra warehouse.
Land
Zoom coordinates road-freight movement inside Bahrain and across the GCC, including the King Fahad Causeway when the next stop is the Eastern Province. Full truckload and partial load are both arranged. Zoom does not operate a published truck fleet. The Sitra facility is about 25 minutes from the Causeway.
A full truck when the load fills it; a partial load when it does not. Cargo, route and timing are confirmed before the movement is arranged.
Road freight can be coordinated to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar, with border documentation as part of the same instruction.
Local and regional delivery planning sits with the land-freight instruction, including scheduled movement where that is required.
Customs
Clearance is often why cargo sits at the gate. Zoom prepares import and export documents, coordinates brokerage and follows the clearance file within the agreed scope. Customs and other relevant authorities determine classification, duties, clearance and cargo release.
The papers required for the shipment are identified, prepared and checked before the file proceeds.
Zoom coordinates the clearance file and the information the process requires, including requests for additional documents.
Classification, duties and release belong to the authority and to the cargo. Duty rates, HS codes and release times are not published as general figures.
Also provided
Some instructions go beyond a single air, sea or road booking. The work below is arranged against the cargo and the brief. It is not a separate technology product, and it does not change the warehouse units on offer.
Shipment planning, documents, consolidation, and door-to-door or port-to-port movement within the agreed instruction.
Where the instruction requires it, Zoom can coordinate order processing, pick and pack, packaging and last-mile movement.
Temperature-controlled movement can be arranged for cargo that requires it. Climate control at the Sitra units is available on request. The range is confirmed against the cargo.
Status on the instructed movement can be provided so the client can see where the shipment stands. This is coordination of the file, not a published tracking portal.
How we work
The enquiry begins with the cargo, origin, destination, intended route and any relevant timing or handling requirements.
Zoom reviews the requirement and coordinates the appropriate air, sea or GCC road-freight route within the agreed scope.
Relevant shipment information and documentation are organised, and any required clearance coordination is identified.
Zoom follows the agreed freight movement and coordinates the relevant parties and shipment requirements through the instructed stage.
Physical space
Freight coordination and physical warehouse rental are separate services. Zoom Warehouse currently offers 900 m² and 1,300 m² units in Sitra Industrial Area. The facility is about 15 minutes from Bahrain International Airport and 18 minutes from Khalifa Port.

Relevant work
On a published assignment for a European retail brand entering Bahrain, Zoom coordinated import, cargo movement and distribution as part of a wider engagement that also included storage. The brand opened its stores within 45 days. That figure refers to the wider rollout, not a promised freight or clearance timeframe.
