How Zoom Group of Companies handles information collected through zoombahrain.co.
We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries: name, email, phone, company if given, the service you asked about, any message, and extra warehouse or freight detail you choose to add. The contact form saves that enquiry on Zoom's Cloudflare hosting account so Zoom can follow up, then opens WhatsApp or your mail app with the same text. Saved enquiries include the time received and may include a network address used to limit spam. They are kept only as long as the matter requires.
If you write to info@zoombahrain.co or any company line, that correspondence is handled by the relevant Zoom company in Bahrain and kept only as long as the matter requires.
This site may use standard server logs. If Google Analytics 4 is enabled (a Measurement ID starting with G- is set in the site script), we record page views and these events: form lead, WhatsApp click, phone click, email click, warehouse quote start, site-visit click, and service selection. IP addresses are anonymized in that config. We do not sell personal data.
